Château Biac

Come for the wine, stay for the view. Sitting high above the vines in the Côtes de Bordeaux, the view from the terrace of Château Biac perfectly illustrates the rolling slopes that dominate the Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. Tony and Youmna Asseily produced their first vintage in 2007 and are now joined by their children. The original 17th century budlings are now guest houses, and the beautiful 18th century Château the family home. They produce three reds, a dry white and the elegant Cadillac sweet wine.
