Domaine Tremica

A young estate founded in 2011 by a couple with deep roots in viticulture and winemaking. Located in the north of Ajaccio, the winery produces only wines outside the appellation—a deliberate choice by Angélica and Richard in pursuit of creative freedom. Meticulous attention is given to vinification and cellar work, with an emphasis on indigenous yeasts and a diverse range of vessels, including barrels, foudres, concrete eggs, and dolia. The result is remarkably well-crafted wines, with certain red cuvées showcasing persistent minerality, vibrant fruit, and a distinctive texture.
