Serge Férigoule worked at this estate for 10 years before he bought it, the original owner having no-one to bequeath it to. Serge turned the vineyards organic, and developed it into one of the leading producers in Vacqueyras. It’s now his son Frédéri who manages the estate, and he’s just attained biodynamic certification. It’s now the source of some of the best reds and whites in the Southern Rhône – balanced, nuanced wines with great drinkability.
