About Aloka:
I hold a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering and have a Masters in Business Administration. My work experience has been in pharmaceutical sales and Healthcare Management. During the pandemic I was able to pursue my passion for wine! I have always been a wine enthusiast, but was able to embark on a formal wine education this past couple of years. I am hoping to transition into a career in the wine industry and to continue to further my wine studies.
I have taken and passed the WSET 1 and 2 with distinction. I am currently enrolled in the WSET 3 course. The FWS program has been my most favorite course to date! I found the educational materials and resources to be top notch. The videos, instructor led course, book, online quizzes and tests were instrumental in gaining the knowledge needed to succeed in the French Wine Scholar exam. I thoroughly enjoyed this course and hope to further my French Wine education by enrolling in the Rhone Master level course.
I am hoping to transition into the Wine Industry in some capacity that will align all my past career experiences.
